SF Foreclosure Watch is free to browse and does not require an account. This version has no newsletter signup, advertising trackers, or payment forms.

Property records

The directory displays selected fields from public property records and an uploaded historical data snapshot. Public pages show parcel identifiers, property facts, filing information, and trustee references. Source fields for borrower names, signatures, mailing addresses, API keys, and signed attachment links are excluded from the published dataset.
